Taxation Associate Ryan M. Palko Joins McCarthy Lebit

McCarthy, Lebit, Crystal & Liffman Co., LPA is pleased to announce the addition of Ryan M. Palko to the firm as an associate attorney. Ryan will be joining the Taxation practice, in addition to contributing across various practice groups, including Business & Corporate, Mergers & Acquisitions, Trusts & Estates, as well as Venture Capital & Private Equity.

As a vital component of our tax law group, he will continue to provide comprehensive guidance to clients on matters related to tax planning, compliance, audits, and more. Furthermore, Ryan’s expertise will be instrumental in navigating the complexities across multiple practice areas while offering strategic insights for our clients’ success.

Ryan’s professional background showcases his versatility across a spectrum of roles within the realm of public accounting. His journey leading up to his affiliation with McCarthy Lebit has been marked by valuable experiences, particularly in the domain of tax due diligence within the dynamic middle-market landscape. Additionally, his contributions extended to the heart of a regional accounting firm, where he played a pivotal role within the tax diligence team, a crucial component of the firm’s transaction services practice. After completing his bachelor’s degree at Ohio State University, Ryan pursued and achieved both his Master of Accountancy and Master of Business Administration degrees from Cleveland State University. Subsequently, he attained his J.D. from the Cleveland State University College of Law.
