McCarthy, Lebit, Crystal & Liffman Co., LPA is pleased to announce the addition of Patrick M. Ward to the firm. Patrick has joined the firm’s Litigation group as a Principal attorney.
Patrick is an experienced trial lawyer with a sophisticated and diverse legal practice spanning business and commercial litigation, business counseling, municipal law, and estate planning. He represents businesses, individuals, municipalities, and other public entities in complex litigation and provides strategic counsel on a wide range of commercial, employment, corporate, governmental, and estate planning matters. His experience extends from navigating complex disputes through trial to advising clients on legal and operational matters throughout the business and organizational lifecycle.
As an addition to the firm’s Litigation group, Patrick brings a breadth of experience and a proven ability to navigate complex legal matters with sound judgment and a practical approach. His extensive courtroom experience, coupled with his background advising organizations and individuals, allows him to effectively address clients’ legal challenges and provide strategic counsel both inside and outside the courtroom.

Patrick earned his Bachelor of Business Administration, magna cum laude, from the University of Notre Dame before receiving his Juris Doctor from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law. He was admitted to practice law in 2004 and is admitted to practice in both Ohio and Illinois.
