McCarthy, Lebit, Crystal & Liffman Co., LPA is pleased to announce that, in accordance with the Code of Regulations for the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association (CMBA), the Nominating Committee of the CMBA has selected Carolyn C. Soeder as a member of the Board of Directors. Carolyn is a Principal attorney in the firm’s Family Law practice and will serve a three-year term on the CMBA Board of Directors, commencing July 1, 2024.
The CMBA is a nonprofit professional organization dedicated to serving the needs of legal professionals in Greater Cleveland. A voluntary membership organization, our members include attorneys and judges, law students, paralegals, and other business professionals. In evaluating CMBA members for offices, the CMBA Nominating Committee considered factors such as history of service and commitment to the CMBA, experience diversity, practice area and practice setting, leadership engagement within the CMBA, and leadership engagement in the Cleveland community.
In this role, Carolyn will play a key role in upholding the mission of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association in serving as a unified voice of the legal profession, both bench and bar. She looks forward to serving the Cleveland legal community during her term in office.
