McCarthy, Lebit, Crystal & Liffman Co., LPA is pleased to announce the addition of Mark I. Wallach to the firm, effective May 26, 2023. Mark will be joining the firm’s Litigation practice group as of counsel.
Mark focuses his legal practice on business and public sector litigation matters and concentrates on disputes involving complex business conflicts and state constitutional matters. As a member of McCarthy Lebit’s Litigation team, Mark will handle litigation involving consultant and accountant liability, contract conflicts, Uniform Commercial Code matters, protection of trade secrets, and non-competition agreements. Additionally, he will assist clients in navigating legal challenges concerning land use, zoning regulations, and various other concerns that involve local and state governmental entities.
