Overview
Mark Wallach is Of Counsel in the Litigation practice group at McCarthy Lebit. Mark focuses his legal practice on business and public sector litigation matters. In particular, he concentrates on disputes involving complex business conflicts and state constitutional matters. Currently, he is handling some of the most high-profile lawsuits pending in Ohio.
His clients range from major corporations to small enterprises and individuals. He represents clients in state and federal courts, addressing commercial disputes and business torts. Additionally, Mark provides legal counsel to both private and public entities in cases involving state and municipal laws.
Mark specializes in handling litigation involving consultant and accountant liability, contract conflicts, Uniform Commercial Code matters, protection of trade secrets, and non-competition agreements. Furthermore, Mark assists clients in navigating through legal challenges concerning land use, zoning regulations, and various other concerns that involve local and state governmental entities.
With a wealth of expertise in handling legal matters through alternative dispute resolution proceedings, Mark has served as an arbitrator as well as a mediator on numerous occasions.
