Christine obtained a bachelor’s degree from the University of Delaware where she double majored in history and criminal justice with a concentration in law and society. She attended law school at New England Law in Boston where she focused on business courses, including tax, wills, trusts and estates, uniform commercial code sales and secured transactions, real estate, contracts drafting, and personal income tax. Upon receiving her J.D., she went on to earn her LL.M in Taxation from Boston University School of Law and became a tax specialist.

Prior to joining the firm, Christine spent four years at a Big Four accounting firm, where she advanced from tax associate to tax manager in the M&A tax group. She then continued her career as a tax manager at another leading global professional services firm, focusing on M&A tax strategy.
