Andrew has extensive experience in working with both shopping center developers and tenants and industrial and office developers and tenants and has been involved in the leasing of millions of square feet of such space from the landlord and tenant side. Andrew also represents national and regional lenders and corporate borrowers in connection with the structure, negotiation and documentation of real estate, commercial, asset-based, and mezzanine loan transactions.
