Why McCarthy Lebit?
More Than A Firm. A Launchpad for Success.
Andrew Perry spent nearly a decade practicing law before realizing he wanted to pivot directions and pursue a growing interest in something new. When he joined McCarthy Lebit, he knew that making the shift would require the right environment, one that valued ambition and supported thoughtful career transitions.
“I chose McCarthy Lebit because it was clear from the beginning that their commitment to growth and support was genuine. Instead of being siloed into my previous practice area, I was not only encouraged to explore new avenues, but I was also supported in that transition. That combination of freedom and empowerment gave me the confidence to fully lean into Real Estate and Banking Law and discover my true passions. I’ve built my practice into something I could have never imagined, and that growth continues to this day," shared Andrew.
For Andrew, McCarthy Lebit isn’t simply a place to practice law, it’s a firm where attorneys are encouraged to evolve. Here, ambition is met with real investment.
