McCarthy, Lebit, Crystal & Liffman Co., LPA is pleased to announce the addition of Sami Z. Farhat to the firm. Sami has joined the firm’s Litigation and Real Estate & Construction groups as Of Counsel.
Drawing on more than ten years of experience, Sami brings a well-rounded litigation background with a strong emphasis on business, commercial, and construction law. He serves a diverse client base, including business owners, contractors, homeowners, and industry professionals, helping them resolve disputes and proactively manage legal risks. With a thoughtful, solution-oriented approach, he balances legal precision with genuine empathy, working to achieve outcomes that support long-term success and stability.
Prior to joining the firm, Sami focused his areas of practice almost exclusively on construction litigation. As such, he has niche experience in key regulatory areas, including the Home Construction Litigation, the Consumer Sales Practices Act, the Home Construction Service Suppliers’ Act, and the Home Solicitation Sales Act.
Sami earned his bachelor’s degree from John Carroll University and then went on to obtain his Juris Doctor from Case Western Reserve University School of Law.
