McCarthy, Lebit, Crystal & Liffman Co., LPA is pleased to announce the addition of Carianne S. Staudt to the firm. Carianne will be joining the Business & Corporate, Taxation and Trusts & Estates practice groups as a Principal attorney.
Carianne possesses extensive expertise in both federal and state tax law, representing clients with business and tax related issues in the state of Ohio. In addition, she provides personalized legal counsel to high-net-worth individuals and closely held business owners, addressing a wide spectrum of estate planning and wealth transfer planning opportunities. Carianne takes pride in serving as a dedicated and responsive resource for clients, offering specialized counsel in her areas of expertise.
In addition, Carianne collaborates with high-net-worth individuals and closely held business owners in the preparation of both basic estate plans and highly sophisticated wealth transfer structures. Her estate planning experience includes generational wealth transfer planning, charitable giving, as well as addressing gift, estate, and generation-skipping transfer tax issues, to name a few.

Carianne received her undergraduate degrees in Philosophy and English from Purdue University. She graduated magna cum laude with University Honors, while competing as a Division I athlete on the Purdue University Women’s Soccer Team. After completing her undergraduate studies at Purdue, Carianne went on to pursue a legal career, attending the University of Toledo College of Law. She was admitted to practice law in 2014 and is admitted to practice before all Ohio courts.
