Ann-Marie Ahern Recognized on 2023 Ohio Super Lawyers® “Top 100” List

McCarthy, Lebit, Crystal & Liffman Co., LPA is pleased to announce that Ann-Marie Ahern, principal attorney and head of the firm’s Employment Law group, has been named to the 2023 Ohio Super Lawyers® List for the eighth consecutive year. Ann-Marie also received recognition on the Ohio Super Lawyers® “Top 100” List, her fourth year in a row receiving this honor. In addition, Ann-Marie has been included on the Ohio Super Lawyers® “Top 50: Women Ohio” List, “Top 50 Cleveland” List, and the “Top 25 Women Cleveland” List.

Ann-Marie devotes her practice to handling employment law cases across Ohio. For more than twenty years she has successfully litigated hundreds of employment disputes on behalf of her clients. Ann-Marie is an Ohio State Bar Association Certified Specialist in Labor and Employment Law. She is knowledgeable of all facets of employment law and represents employees at each stage of the employment relationship. She has a proven track record of helping people who have been wrongfully discharged and helping people through the most challenging of workplace issues.

Ann-Marie has tried cases to juries involving issues of age discrimination, sex discrimination and sexual harassment, race discrimination, disability discrimination/failure to accommodate, wrongful discharge, and illegal retaliation. She was at the forefront of the #MeToo and sexual harassment awareness movement and has served as a steadfast advocate for victims of all forms of illegal discrimination.
