Natalie Weiss

Overview

Natalie Weiss is a Paralegal in McCarthy Lebit’s Transaction group, providing support to the firm’s Business & Corporate, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Real Estate & Construction practice groups. She assists with corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, real estate transactions, and closings, with experience supporting matters from due diligence and document preparation through closing and post-closing activities. Natalie works closely with attorneys and clients to coordinate transaction-related documents, communications, and other requirements, helping facilitate the efficient execution of complex transactions.

Natalie spent three years as a Legal Assistant at McCarthy Lebit, prior to her promotion to paralegal, supporting attorneys in the Transaction group. During that time, she developed extensive experience with document preparation, due diligence, transaction coordination, and client communications involving mergers and acquisitions, corporate transactions, and real estate matters. That experience provided a strong foundation in transactional law and enabled her to become a trusted resource for attorneys and clients navigating complex transactions and closing processes.

In her current role, Natalie assists with drafting and reviewing agreements and other transaction documents, managing due diligence materials, maintaining closing checklists, coordinating closing requirements, and communicating with clients, lenders, attorneys, and other stakeholders. She supports transactions involving a range of corporate and real estate matters, helping ensure that documents, deadlines, and closing requirements are coordinated throughout the transaction lifecycle. Her attention to detail, organizational skills, and knowledge of transactional processes allow her to provide responsive and efficient support to the firm’s attorneys and clients.

Natalie earned her Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice in Forensic Psychology from Tiffin University and her Paralegal Certificate from Cuyahoga Community College. She also earned a Master of Science of Criminal Justice in Forensic Psychology from Tiffin University, graduating with distinction, along with certifications in Cultural Competence and Bridges Out of Poverty. Natalie is currently pursuing a Doctorate of Criminal Justice from Tiffin University and expects to graduate with distinction in June 2027.
