Prior to her promotion to paralegal, Natalie spent three years at McCarthy Lebit as a legal assistant supporting attorneys in the firm’s Transaction group. In that role, she developed extensive experience managing document preparation, due diligence, and client communications for mergers, acquisitions, and real estate transactions. Her ability to navigate the intricacies of transactional law has made her a trusted resource for both attorneys and clients.

As a paralegal, Natalie plays a pivotal role in drafting and reviewing agreements, managing closing checklists, and liaising with clients, lenders, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth and efficient closings. She is passionate about supporting the firm’s clients through every stage of their transactions, delivering high-quality service with professionalism and care.

After earning her Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice with a concentration in Forensic Psychology from Tiffin University, Natalie went on to obtain her Paralegal Certificate from Cuyahoga Community College. She returned to Tiffin University to earn her Master of Science in Criminal Justice with a concentration in Forensic Psychology, graduating with distinction.
