Clients and their families often turn to Howard for guidance during the trust and estate administration process. He advises executors, trustees, and beneficiaries on their responsibilities and helps guide them through the legal and administrative steps involved in settling estates and managing trusts. His approach focuses on providing clear direction and practical support during what is often a challenging and emotional time for families.
In addition to his estate planning experience, Howard advises individuals and businesses on general business matters and has significant bankruptcy law experience. He counsels clients who are facing financial pressure and helps them evaluate potential paths forward, including restructuring and protecting their assets.
