Anita R. Poole

Anita R. Poole is a dedicated Paralegal within McCarthy Lebit's Litigation practice group. She supports a diverse range of matters, and her involvement spans all stages of the case. She is regularly involved in pre-judgment filings, post-judgment filings, research, discovery, and trial preparation.

Anita has spent the past several years as a law firm business professional supporting attorneys and their legal practices. Prior to joining McCarthy Lebit, Anita specialized as a creditor’s rights paralegal with a focus on motion drafting, executions, hearing preparation, and various support throughout cases.

After earning a bachelor's degree in English from Cleveland State University, Anita completed her Post-Degree Paralegal Certification at Cuyahoga Community College, where she developed a strong foundation in the legal field. She later continued her legal education at Cleveland State University College of Law, where she earned her Juris Doctor.
